Built for Musicians
Everything you need to play, learn, and organise your music
Realistic Playback
Over 100 instruments including fiddle, tin whistle, mandolin, piano, guitar, and flute. Hear your music exactly as it should sound, with full tempo and speed control.
Find New Tunes
Search over 30,000 traditional tunes from The Session, the ABC Notation archive, and Henrik Norbeck's collection — directly from the app. Or paste ABC and MusicXML from any source. Once a tune is in your library, it works offline — no internet needed at a session or rehearsal.
Note Names
Show the name above or below every note: letters (C, D, E…), solfège (Do, Re, Mi…) or the German style (C, D… H). Helpful for beginners, learners, and anyone reading an unfamiliar clef. Enable it in Settings whenever you need it.
Multi-Track Mixer
Assign different instruments to each voice or part. Volume, pan, mute, and solo controls per track. Guitar chord accompaniment generated from chord symbols.
Cue, Loop & Practise
Tap any note to set a cue point and play from there. Loop any section by selecting start and end notes — perfect for tricky passages. Optional metronome with count-in.
Transpose Any Key
Instantly transpose music by key or semitones. Perfect for singers, different instruments, or matching keys for a session.
Sets & Playlists
Group tunes into sets that play seamlessly as medleys. Build playlists for sessions, practice, or performance with speed control and ensemble mode.
Annotate Your Scores
Draw on your music with pen and highlighter. Add text notes anywhere on the page. Multiple colours, and your annotations are saved with each tune.
Beautiful Rendering
Professional-grade sheet music rendering. Every note, dynamic, slur, and articulation displays cleanly. Lyrics synced to playback for vocal music.
Ensemble Playback
Add backing instruments to your playlists — fiddle, accordion, flute, and more playing together. Configurable volume and pan for each instrument.
PDF & MP3 Export
Export scores as PDF for printing or sharing with bandmates. Export audio as MP3. Annotations included in your PDF exports.
English, Español, Deutsch
The app speaks English, Spanish, and German, and follows your device's language automatically. Note names follow suit — solfège in Spanish, German note names in German — or choose your own in Settings.
